CDL-A - Dedicated Reefer Truck Driver - Lidl

Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience

Overview

• Reefer trailers hauling grocery store refrigerated products.
• 100% hand-unloads using pallet jacks.
• Drive within DE, MD, NJ, PA, and NY, including New York City.
• 4 loads per week with 1-7 stop-offs per load.

Compensation and Benefits

• Average pay: $1,450-$1,600 weekly.
• Paid orientation and time off after 6 months, plus holiday pay.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in 12 monthly installments for experienced drivers.
• Weekly performance pay and annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.
