Qualifications

• Comfortable with hand unloading and operating a reefer trailer.

Responsibilities

• Haul produce using reefer trailers with 100% hand unloads.
• Drive 4 loads per week with several stop-offs.
• Operate in various states including IL, IN, KY, MO, OH, and TN.

Overview

Dedicated Reefer truck driver with a focus on hauling produce in refrigerated trailers.

Responsibilities

• Reefer trailer hauling produce.
• 100% hand unloads using electric pallet jack.
• Drive 4 loads per week with 2–3 stop‑offs per load.
• Operate within IL, IN, KY, MO, OH and TN.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN or Seymour, IN.
