Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated routes. You will haul Daimler/Freightliner parts in liftgate trailers and perform hand unloads with pallet jacks. Night driving is required, with routes in Iowa and Wisconsin.

Expect mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, weekly bonuses, and a sign-on incentive for experienced or new drivers. Comprehensive benefits and tuition reimbursement are offered.

Overview

• Haul Daimler/Freightliner parts in liftgate trailers.
• 100% hand unloads using pallet jack.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5 loads per week with 5 stop-offs per load.
• Travel within Iowa and Wisconsin.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
