Herman N Logistics is hiring a Local CDL-A Shuttle Driver for a home-daily, weekday schedule with second-shift openings. Earn competitive hourly pay and a new-hire transition bonus, plus weekend availability as needed.

This role offers local shuttle work with home daily, a Monday–Friday routine, and additional opportunities to work weekends. New hires can expect a $500 transition bonus paid with the second paycheck and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• 1 year of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• DOT qualified.
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Pay Details

Hourly Pay: $26.00-$29.00

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,100-$1,200
• Estimated Annual Pay: $54,080-$60,320
• $500 New-Hire Transition Bonus - paid in full on second paycheck
• $3,000 Referral Bonus for each qualified driver referred
• $250/day for 2-day paid orientation
