Averitt Express is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Local Truck Driver to operate within a 300-mile radius of Greensboro, NC. You will drive 53' trailers (flatbed, curtainside, or conestoga), perform live unloads, and be paid for stops and detentions. Schedule is Monday to Friday, home daily, with no weekend work.

Expect start times around 2:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., daily dispatch, and a 10–12 hour workday. Eligible for paid training, health insurance, and career growth opportunities within Averitt.

Qualificações

• 6–11 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in past 2 years or 1 year in past 5 years required.
• CDL-A license required.
• No touch freight with live unloads.

Responsabilidades

• Load freight (80 lb lift requirement).
• Unload freight (80 lb lift).
• Drive and deliver within 300-mile radius of Greensboro, NC.
• Complete delivery receipts and fuel tickets.
• Hook/unhook trailers and secure loads with chains.
