Job summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver to join our Rochester, NY team. Flex drivers cover dedicated accounts across multiple locations with a mix of touch and no touch freight.

Qualified drivers have a valid Class A CDL, Hazmat/Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain them, and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience. We offer competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to start or within 90 days (varies by account).
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Must hold or obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries to locations based on daily manifest and pick up returns as needed.
• Ensure the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhere to all DOT regulations.
• Build relationships through clear communication with customers and account managers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
