Walmart in Henderson, NC is seeking a CDL-A Local Driver to haul 100% no-touch refrigerated freight on a dedicated local account. You will enjoy daily home time, night shifts starting 8 PM–11 PM, and a rotating schedule with 34-hour restart across NC, SC, TN, and VA.

Expect approx. 1,250 miles per week, weekend/holiday availability, and pay details including mileage and stop pay, plus a sign-on bonus. Training and on-site support are provided.

CDL-A Local Driver | Walmart - Henderson, NC

Earn an average of $1,200 per week, with annual earning potential of up to $70,000, on a dedicated local refrigerated account based in Henderson, North Carolina. Haul 100% no-touch reefer freight, enjoy daily home time, and earn additional pay for stops.

Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 when working the full schedule
• Annual Earning Potential: Up to $70,000
• Mileage Pay: $0.45-$0.54 CPM, based on experience
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500, paid over your first 180 days
• Routes pay the greater of mileage pay or the applicable minimum mileage band
• Home daily, with rare overnight hotel stays
• Night shifts starting between 8 PM and 11 PM
• Rotating schedule: six days worked followed by a 34-hour restart, then five days worked followed by two days off
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Experience-Based Mileage Pay: 0-11 months: $0.45 CPM; 12-35 months: $0.47 CPM; 36-59 months: $0.50 CPM; 60-83 months: $0.51 CPM; 84-119 months: $0.52 CPM; 10+ years: $0.54 CPM.

Minimum Mileage Band Pay: 0-50 miles: $41; 51-75 miles: $48; 76-100 miles: $64; 101-125 miles: $74; 126-150 miles: $82; 151-175 miles: $84; 176-200 miles: $93; 201-225 miles: $96. Routes of 226+ miles are paid per mile.

• Slip-seat International, Freightliner, and Kenworth day cabs

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

Training & Benefits

• Classroom training: 1 day at $50
• Ride-along training: 2-3 days at $100 per day
• Paid vacation based on service:
  • 1 week after 1 year
  • 2 weeks after 3 years
  • 3 weeks after 7 years
  • 4 weeks after 15 years

Sign-On Bonus Payout: $250 on the first load, $250 at 30 days, $250 at 60 days, $500 at 90 days, $250 at 120 days, $250 at 150 days, and $750 at 180 days. Drivers must be active company drivers at each payout milestone.
