American Driver LLC in Millington, TN is hiring dedicated route drivers for store deliveries across Mississippi and West Tennessee. Expect weekly home time, hands-on unloading, and steady freight with a trainer for new CDL grads. You can earn $1,300–$1,700 per week plus $0.50 per mile, unload pay, and stop pay.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL from your state and at least 21 years old.
• New CDL grads with 120+ school hours or 6 months of recent driving experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• DOT physical and hair/urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Store deliveries across Mississippi and West Tennessee with full hand unload.
• Day and night dispatch; home once a week.
• Operate assigned truck (automatic or 10-speed).
• Maintain safety and compliance on all routes.

Job description

North Shelby County drivers: dedicated store runs, home every week, $1,300 to $1,700 a week.

A dedicated account out of Olive Branch with steady freight and weekly home time. The work is hands-on, and the pay reflects it. New CDL grads are trained.

What you earn

Your week

Store deliveries across Mississippi and West Tennessee. Full hand unload at the stores. Day and night dispatch. Home once a week.

From CDL school to your own truck

1. A recruiter calls you and reviews your CDL and driving record with you.


2. Orientation, 2 days at most. Hotel paid, one-way bus ticket reimbursed, $300 for orientation once hired.


3. 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor: backing, trip planning, logs and fueling. You are paid every week.


4. Your own assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average, automatic or 10-speed.
