Job summary

American Driver LLC in Millington is seeking CDL drivers for dedicated store routes across Mississippi and West Tennessee. You’ll be home once a week, with weekly pay between $1,300 and $1,700, plus $0.50 per mile on all miles and $200 unload pay per stop.

New CDL grads are trained, with orientation paid, hotel covered, a reimbursed bus ticket, and mentorship for 4–6 weeks. You’ll drive your own truck (about 1.5 years old) and enjoy benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision,

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required, 21+ years old.
• New CDL grad with 120+ school hours, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in past 10 years.
• DOT physical and hair/urine drug screen required.

From CDL school to your own truck

1. A recruiter calls you and reviews your CDL and driving record with you.


2. Orientation, 2 days at most. Hotel paid, one-way bus ticket reimbursed, $300 for orientation once hired.


3. 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor: backing, trip planning, logs and fueling. You are paid every week.


4. Your own assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average, automatic or 10-speed.
