Job summary

American Driver LLC is hiring Mid-Missouri drivers for dedicated no-touch freight, home weekly, round trips out of Moberly. Night shift, round-trip store runs from the Moberly area with drop-and-hook, live loads and preloads.

New CDL grads are trained. You’ll earn about $1,400 per week plus $0.49–$0.61 per mile for roughly 2,100 miles weekly, with an extra $0.03 per mile on weekend miles and pay for first/each stop. Weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• Be 21 years or older.
• New CDL grad with 120+ school hours, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate round-trip store runs with no-touch freight and drop-and-hook.
• Work night shifts with weekly home time.
• Receive training for new CDL grads with one-on-one mentorship.
• Earn weekly pay with mileage- and stop-pay incentives.
• Dependable weekly direct deposit and adherence to routes.

New CDL? Here is the path

• Call: we check your license and record with you first. No surprises later.
• Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus fare reimbursed, $300 once hired.
• Training: 4 to 6 weeks one-on-one with a mentor, paid every week.
• Solo: your own assigned truck, fleet average about 1.5 years old.

• "How often will I see home?" Once a week.
• "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes.
• "Will one ticket disqualify me?" Not by itself. Up to 2 moving violations in the past 2 years is accepted.
• "I am not good at backing yet." Nobody is on day one. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you drive alone.
