Job summary

Herman N Logistics seeks an experienced CDL-A dedicated retail driver for high-pay hand-offload duties. The role covers Windsor, CT and surrounding New England routes, with 900 miles weekly across multiple states and frequent night/weekend shifts.

You will perform 100% physical offloads at stores, stay compliant with DOT regs, and coordinate with dispatch for home resets and route dispatches. Orientation and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verified Class A tractor-trailer experience in last 36 months
• Pass mandatory pre-employment hair follicle & urine drug tests
• Clean MVR and valid DOT Medical Card

Responsibilities

• Drive store-delivery routes across CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME
• 100% physical offload: unload piece-by-piece using roller ramps
• Coordinate with dispatch for home resets and route dispatches
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations
