This role offers strong pay with a mix of mileage, unload and stop incentives, and typical weekly earnings of $1,300–$1,700 and annual earnings of about $67,600–$88,400.

You must hold a valid CDL-A and DOT Medical Card, be 21+, and reside within 50 miles of Olive Branch, MS, or nearby MS/TN areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Class A CDL and a valid DOT Medical Card
• Minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Experience Tiers: Open to trainees with 0 months experience (must hold a valid CDL-A) OR experienced drivers with 6+ months in the last 12 months (or 12 months in last 5 years)
• Hiring Radius: within 50 miles of Olive Branch, MS or select MS/TN areas
• Physical Capability: capable of full manual hand-unloads (lifting 50–75 lbs)
• Screening: pass DOT urine and hair drug testing plus background check (Non-SAP)

CDL-A Regional Dedicated Driver – 100% Touch Freight ($1,300–$1,700/Wk)

Position Overview

Looking for high-earning potential and willing to work for it? We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional retail account operating out of Mississippi. This route offers a strong mix of mileage pay, stop pay, and heavy unload pay—meaning your effort directly drives your paycheck.

Pay & Operational Specs

• Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,700 average gross per week
• Estimated Annual Earnings: $67,600 – $88,400 per year
• Pay Breakdown: $0.50 CPM on all miles + $200 per unload + $25 per stop ($40 short-haul pay for loads under 100 miles)
• Weekly Mileage: 1,000 – 1,700 consistent average miles
• Weekly Bonus Potential: Extra $100/week bonus for maintaining full 5-day availability with no accidents or service failures
• Freight Handling: 100% full hand-unload dry van freight
• Home Time Routine: Home weekly for your 34-hour reset
• Shift Details: Operating across both day and night dispatches with weekend runs required (normally off on calendar holidays)

• Minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Experience Tiers: Open to trainees with 0 months experience (must hold a valid CDL-A) OR experienced drivers with 6+ months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months (or 12 months in the last 5 years)
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must reside within 50 miles of Olive Branch, Mississippi, or select hiring areas across Mississippi and Tennessee
• Physical Capability: Must be physically fit and comfortable performing full manual hand-unloads (lifting 50 to 75 pounds consistently)
• Screening: Must pass standard DOT urine and hair drug testing alongside a background check (Non-SAP compliant)
