Flint Logistics LLC in Roanoke, VA is seeking dedicated CDL-A truck drivers for regional freight throughout Virginia and West Virginia. Drivers will earn between $1,425 to $1,665 per week, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Location & Pay

Home Time: Weekly | Location: Roanoke, VA 24011

Pay: $1,425 to $1,665 Per Week + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Freight: Dedicated Regional Freight

Freight & Operations

Dedicated freight throughout Virginia and West Virginia.

Approximately four loads per week averaging about 490 miles each.

Approximately 2,000 miles per week.

Return freight generally routes through Indianapolis before returning to the operating area.

Freight includes a combination of drop trailers and live unloads using electric pallet jacks.

Drivers living within approximately 30 miles of the operating area may complete 10‑hour breaks at home based on dispatch scheduling.

Compensation

CDL‑A truck drivers earn $1,425 to $1,665 per week with consistent dedicated freight.

Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 for qualified drivers.

Equipment

Trucks: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth.

Driver Amenities: 1200 to 1500‑watt inverter.

Parking Options: Approved terminals or take the truck home during home time when approved.

Equipment is assigned based on availability.

Orientation

Three‑day paid orientation program.

$100 per day orientation pay.

Hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals provided.

Drivers are assigned equipment and begin dispatch after orientation.

If a driver's medical card has expired, the cost of obtaining a new physical may be reimbursed or covered before orientation.
