Job summary

Flint Logistics in Roanoke, VA is seeking a CDL-A truck driver for a dedicated Virginia/West Virginia route with four loads per week and about 2,000 miles weekly. Expect home weekly for a 34-hour reset, with drop-and-hook and live unload deliveries.

Operate 2021 or newer equipment on a schedule that includes overnights, weekends, and holidays. Weekly pay ranges from $1,425 to $1,550 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Residence within the hiring area and availability for the required overnight schedule.
• Powered pallet jack experience is helpful but training is provided.

Position Highlights

• Four dedicated loads per week averaging 490 miles each
• Approximately 2,000 miles per week

Dedicated Route Network

Run established Virginia and West Virginia customer lanes with four scheduled loads each week. The freight includes a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload deliveries using powered pallet jacks. Indianapolis backhaul routing helps support productive miles throughout the week.

Home Time & Schedule

Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset. Drivers living within 30 miles of the operating area may be able to take some 10-hour breaks at home when freight schedules allow.

Driver Equipment

Operate a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth sleeper with a 1,200- to 1,500-watt inverter. Trucks may be parked at an approved terminal or taken home when secure parking is available.
