Job summary

Flint Logistics is seeking a regional truck driver for Southeast lanes based in Jacksonville, FL. You will handle no-touch dry van freight across roughly 2,500 miles per week, with regular trips to Houston and Laredo and weekly home time.

Equipment is an International ProStar with automatic transmission, and orientation includes travel, hotel, meals and a $500 sign-on bonus. Drivers enjoy a stable, consistent weekly rhythm on established lanes.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license and current DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum 6 months of recent regional or OTR tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months.
• Pre-made teams are welcome.

Pay: $1,400 to $1,600 per week | Home Time: Weekly

Freight: No-touch dry van | Location: Jacksonville, FL 32201

Drivers on this regional lane get weekly home time, recurring Southeast freight, and a familiar route pattern that supports steady miles from one week to the next. No-touch dry van freight helps keep the focus on driving while established lanes provide a consistent operating routine.

Your Workweek

This lane operates throughout the Southeast with frequent freight moving between Jacksonville and Texas markets, including Houston and Laredo.

The recurring lane structure helps create a familiar weekly routine while supporting consistent productivity and dependable freight movement.

Driver Equipment

You’ll operate a well-maintained International ProStar equipped for comfort during multi-day trips.

Modern equipment and established regional lanes help simplify the day-to-day driving experience without cargo handling responsibilities.

Pay & Orientation

Drivers earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week based on miles and freight activity across the lane.

Orientation lasts three days, with travel, hotel accommodations, and meals provided. Drivers also receive a $500 orientation bonus upon successful completion. After onboarding, continued support is available to help drivers become comfortable with their assigned freight network and regular dispatch.
