Flint Logistics is seeking CDL-A truck drivers to operate regional freight lanes across Texas with weekly home time. Expect no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, and steady weekly miles in established regional routes.

You will join a team focused on predictable schedules, reliable dispatch planning, and driver safety. The position offers competitive weekly earnings and modern equipment to support comfort and efficiency.

Formación

• Valid CDL-A license and current DOT Medical Card are required.
• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required prior to hire.

Freight & Operations

Drivers average approximately 3,000 to 3,200 miles per week hauling consistent regional freight.

• Primarily no-touch freight with mostly drop-and-hook loads


• Consistent outbound and return lanes to support efficient routing


• Organized load assignments with dependable freight availability

Routes are structured to support steady miles and consistent dispatch planning while maintaining scheduled weekly home time. Drivers receive clear communication from operations throughout the week.

Compensation

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,550 to $1,650 per week while operating within established regional lanes.

Equipment

International ProStar tractors are equipped with APUs, aerodynamic wheels, and bobtail skirts. Equipment is designed to support driver comfort, reliability, and fuel efficiency.
