Flint Logistics is seeking CDL-A drivers for 100% no-touch dry van freight with consistent weekly home time out of Indianapolis, IN. You will handle mostly drop-and-hook loads, hauling general commodities across the lower 48 states using Freightliner, Volvo, or Peterbilt tractors.

Orientation is four days with provided transportation and meals; drivers receive $1,000 orientation pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and profit sharing, plus vacation and rider

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required in home state.
• 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Experience with 48 ft+ trailers or longer.
• Current DOT medical card (or cost assistance for obtaining a new one).

Responsabilités

• Operate 48 ft+ dry van routes across the lower 48 states.
• Maintain weekly home time with established freight lanes.

Drivers looking for easier dispatch support and consistent no-touch freight can run established dry van lanes throughout the lower 48 while returning home weekly. This position provides dependable freight movement and weekly earnings of $1,400 to $1,600.

Organized dispatch planning helps keep trucks moving between loads while 100% no-touch freight keeps driver responsibilities focused on the road.

Weekly Pay & Schedule

Pay is $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with a $1,200 minimum weekly pay during the first 90 days. Home time is scheduled weekly, providing a dependable return home while supporting productive freight throughout the lower 48.

What You'll Haul

This position is 100% no-touch dry van freight hauling general commodities. The majority of loads are drop-and-hook, helping reduce time spent at customer facilities.

Truck Options

Available tractors include Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt models from 2017 to 2022. Equipment availability varies, and trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions, APU, and inverter for driver comfort on the road.

Drivers operate throughout the lower 48 states on established freight lanes. Consistent freight demand and organized dispatch support dependable weekly miles while maintaining weekly home time.

Paid Orientation

Orientation lasts four days. Transportation is provided by flight or rental car, meals are included, and drivers receive $1,000 in orientation pay.
