365 Freight USA in Perrysburg, OH, is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You’ll spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, then move into your own truck and earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

During training, you’ll gain real-world experience, learn safe driving, trip planning, and how to handle pickups, deliveries, and inspections. After mentoring, you’ll drive solo on the open road with full benefits after training.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Meet DOT qualification requirements.
• No previous driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ride with an experienced driver during training to learn safe driving and trip planning.
• Learn pickups and deliveries, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and communication with dispatch.
• Transition to solo driver after mentor program completion.
• Operate as an over-the-road driver once trained.
