365 Freight USA invites new CDL-A graduates to join a paid mentor program in Kettering, Ohio. Trainees will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning daily driving duties beyond CDL school.

Upon successful completion, you shift to your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with full benefits after training and a clear path to become a solo driver.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Ability to meet Department of Transportation qualification requirements.
• No prior professional driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Train with an experienced mentor to develop driving skills and confidence.
• Learn safe driving practices, trip planning, and communication with dispatch.
• Perform pickups and deliveries, pre-trip and post-trip inspections as part of training.
• After training, transition to solo driving with support from mentors.
