Job summary

365 Freight USA in Green Bay, WI is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You’ll spend 4–6 weeks learning on the road with an experienced trainer, then transition to your own truck driving solo from Green Bay area.

Starting compensation includes mentor training and after training you can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with weekly direct deposit and full benefits after training. No experience required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Meets DOT qualification requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No previous driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• During training, ride with an experienced driver to build skills and confidence.
• Learn safe driving, trip planning, and pre/post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch and manage daily responsibilities of an over‑the‑road driver.
• After mentor program, transition to solo driver on Green Bay area routes.
