Job summary

UpTalent in Midland, TX is seeking a Cement Driver to join our field team. The role centers on safe, reliable highway and site delivery, with a strong emphasis on DOT hours and HSE compliance. You will rotate 15 days on, 6 days off, with housing and meals provided at a man camp for Midland-based assignments.

A Class A CDL with no restrictions is required, plus a commitment to equipment care and safety. The position also includes flights provided for rotators and mileage reimbursement up to 300

Qualifications

• CDL driving experience required.
• Strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus is driving (approximately 70-75%).
• Assist with loading/unloading product and equipment.
• Connect hoses and assist with offloading at job sites.
• Complete required HSE reports and maintain up-to-date certifications.
