Job summary

Builders Supply, A CRH company, is a leading supplier of ready mixed concrete, reinforcing steel, and building materials in Louisiana. The Bulk Truck Driver role involves operating trucks to transport dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and other materials to various job sites, while also stocking materials in the yard and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualified candidates will have a CDL A or B license, a High School diploma or GED, and 2 years of tractor/trailer experience, preferably in construction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of tractor/trailer driving experience preferred.
• Must maintain CDL A or CDL B license.
• Previous related experience in construction field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck safely on highways, yards, and job sites to deliver materials.
• Follow company policies and report problems to the manager.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections per MSHA guidelines.
• Attach/detach trailers and manage load/ unloads as needed.
• Keep logs and monitor vehicle gauges; ensure product quality.
