Job summary

Innovative Ag Services, Co. seeks a reliable delivery driver to efficiently deliver bulk and bagged feed and assist mill operations at our facility in Wisconsin. You will report on time, maintain records, and support maintenance and quality control efforts.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, mechanical aptitude, and ability to communicate clearly. This role may require occasional cross-location assignments and physical work.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Class A CDL.
• Solid mechanical understanding including hydraulics and piping systems.
• Displays initiative and effort to complete assignments efficiently.
• Able to communicate information clearly in writing or orally.
• Able to organize, handle change, and work on multiple tasks.
• Strong math skills for basic operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk and bagged feed to customers.
• Report to workplace on time and notify supervisor of lateness/absences.
• Assist with mill operations, housekeeping, scheduling and record keeping for bagged deliveries.
• Plan and schedule maintenance for the feed mill fleet; maintain maintenance records.
• Assist in implementing feed mill processes and quality control measures.
• Maintain licenses, physicals, and required certifications.
• Occasionally apply crop nutrients as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May report to and work at another IAS location as needed.
