Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Delivery Driver DOT to serve customers across Texas. The role involves delivering products, building displays, and rotating stock while maintaining accurate paperwork and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a Texas Class A CDL with a clean MVR, ability to lift up to 165 lbs., and the stamina to work in varied weather. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits accompany a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment experience and ability to multitask.
• Coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments.
• Good oral and written communication, teamwork.
• Motivated, detail oriented, and organized with multiple priorities.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math skills.
• Must be able to move products up to 165 lbs. and operate a 27 ft trailer.
• Texas Class A CDL license with clean MVR is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail customers and communicate opportunities or challenges.
• Deliver Ben E. Keith Beverage products to customers and verify orders.
• Fill in for other drivers as needed and supervise helpers when required.
• Safely unload orders using hand truck or dolly; assist with back stock and displays.
• Count and verify orders; obtain customer signature and payment.
• Maintain back stock area; ensure organization and cleanliness.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report issues.
• Adhere to DOT and company safety standards for driving and loading.
• Communicate with sales staff about opportunities or issues observed.
• Operate and drive company equipment safely; refuel at day end.
