Septic Blue is seeking a dedicated septic service technician to join our growing team in Concord, NC. The role involves pumping, repairing, and servicing septic tanks, grease traps, and related systems for residential and commercial customers.

You will help customers select appropriate services and document findings in clear reports. Qualified candidates have CDL-B or CDL-A with tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain immediately), clean MVR, and a proven background in sales or customer

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Ability to work long hours outdoors.
• Clean MVR and drug-free.
• CDL-B or CDL-A with Tanker Endorsement or willingness to obtain immediately.

Responsibilities

• Pump, repair and service septic systems, grease traps, and related tanks for various customers.
• Provide timely, well-documented service reports.
• Educate customers to choose services and products; diagnose problems from non-technical descriptions.
