The role emphasizes respectful patient interactions, compliance, and collaboration with teammates across departments. Requirements include a compact nursing license, current practice in the relevant state, and at least five years of direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Compact (multi-state) License in primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is performed.
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of documentation requirements.
• Facilitates clinical documentation.
• Competent utilization of EPIC, 3M Encompass/CDIS, Midas.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Demonstrates responsibility for personal development.
