Norwood Staffing Solutions is a remote-first staffing and consulting company specializing in mid-Revenue Cycle management within healthcare. We’re seeking a CDI Auditor with expertise in inpatient chart audits to improve documentation quality and reimbursement accuracy while supporting educational initiatives.

You will develop training materials, analyze audit results with Excel, and collaborate with CDI leadership, coding professionals, and clients to drive documentation excellence.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience educating CDI specialists and physicians.

Responsabilités

• Perform inpatient chart audits to evaluate documentation quality and accuracy.
• Develop and deliver educational programs for physicians and CDI staff.
• Analyze audit results and prepare client-facing reports using PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with CDI leadership, coding teams, and clients to drive documentation improvement.
