Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
• NMLS certification required.
• 5 years of experience underwriting small business loans at a CDFI or similar financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TCDC as a certified CDFI; develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Manage lending operations, funding, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Analyze loan viability, cash flow, collateral, and underwriting factors for credit risk.
• Present loan recommendations to the Board Loan Review Committee.
