U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) seeks a reliable Truck Loader for our Kearny, NJ location. This full-time role supports CDC operations by loading orders, staging shipments, and ensuring safe, efficient handling of goods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred.
• Experience operating reach trucks and sit-down forklifts; certification may be required.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load customer orders and transfers onto designated trucks according to routing instructions.
• Organize and stage orders accurately based on delivery method and ensure proper sequence.
• Support CDC operations by picking, packing, staging, and checking outbound orders.
• Secure shipments by shrink-wrapping pallets to maintain load stability and product integrity.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
