Challenge Unlimited is hiring a Full-Time Janitor Porter at Fort Leonard Wood in Saint Robert, MO. Salary is $17.75 per hour. Must have reliable transportation—own vehicle or dependable driver to access the Army base. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Typical duties include cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, restocking supplies, vacuuming and mopping, dusting desks, and maintaining safety and cleanliness to support on-base operations.

Qualifications

• Pass federal and state background checks.
• Have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Lifting and carrying up to 45 lbs.
• Pushing and pulling up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and restock bathrooms including sinks, toilets, glass and mirrors, stall walls, stainless steel and sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and stairs.
• Empty trash and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean office areas, desks and furniture.
• Clean break rooms and other contract areas.
• Operate equipment safely.
• Contribute to teamwork by helping co-workers.
• Maintain safety, quality and customer service.

• Clean break rooms and other areas that are applicable to the contract
• Expected to safely operate equipment
• Contributes to teamwork by training and helping co-workers
• Continually performs duties with a special focus on safety, quality and customer service
