Job summary

Valley Medical Center & Clinics is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care CCU on the night shift at the VMC Main Campus in Renton, WA. This full-time position offers a 0.9 FTE with a $20k sign-on incentive for eligible candidates.

The RN will provide safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients, utilize the nursing process, and collaborate with the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Current WA RN license.
• BSN preferred and required certifications as applicable.
• Two years of CCU or critical care leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and guide patient care on the CCU unit.
• Make staff assignments reflecting patient acuity and care needs.
• Mentor staff and ensure policy compliance and safe care.
