Texas Health Fort Worth is hiring a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for CCU4 on a part-time night shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) at 1301 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104. Join a Magnet-designated hospital with strong patient care focus.

You will provide patient care per the care plan, collect data, support admissions and discharges, and collaborate with nurses to adapt care for diverse populations. Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CLIA/foreign education equivalency compliance required.
• PCT training program or THR-approved program required, not always cert.
• EMT or nursing program experience may meet requirements.
• 1 year of applicable healthcare experience preferred.
• BCLS certification required before patient care; CPI training annually.
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care per plan of care.
• Collect and report patient data and assist with admissions, transfers, discharges.
• Perform procedures safely and document care.
• Collaborate with nurses to adapt care for diverse patients.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and respond to patient needs.
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication across disciplines.
• Participate in process improvement and safety initiatives.
