Mercy Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System, is seeking a Patient Care Nurse Assistant to support RN-led care in the CCU. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor patient comfort, and serve as a vital link between patients and the nursing team.

The role offers rotating day/night shifts, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive, collaborative environment known for high patient satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification through the AHA or American Red Cross, obtained during new hire period if not held.
• Nursing students must have BLS prior to hire.
• Military medical experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision, including vital signs and daily living activities.
• Report abnormal findings to an RN and assist with patient comfort and roomcare.
• Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
