Job summary

Mercy Health's Coronary Care Unit (West) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for evenings and nights. The RN will provide exceptional critical care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop care plans for ICU patients. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is available for qualified candidates with 1 year of RN experience.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure; BSN is preferred but not required. Shift supports collaboration across the CCU and related units to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure is required to practice as an RN in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience; 6 months in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown or ED is preferred.
• BSN is preferred but not required; BSN candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to plan and deliver care.
• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications safely according to policy and procedure.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes with clinical judgment.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
