Job summary

Mercy Health has an opening for a Registered Nurse in the Coronary Care Unit at West Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Shift: 7pm-7:30am. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is available with 1 year of specialty RN experience.

The ICU CCU RN will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes. Education includes a BSN preferred. Licensure as an RN in the state, BLS required, ACLS and PALS as applicable.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, CCU, Stepdown, or ED preferred.
• Current state RN license; BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess patient status and develop care plans.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions for critical patients.
• Administer medications safely per policy.
• Provide a safe and therapeutic environment.
