Job summary

Spiniello Companies is seeking an experienced CCTV Operator to join our field crews performing sewer and water line inspections and pipeline rehabilitation. You will operate CCTV equipment and robotic cutters, assist with CIPP liner installation, and support safe, efficient site operations on active jobsites.

The role offers an hourly rate of $33-$38 and the potential for company-paid PACP certification training, with travel across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• CCTV experience required.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Excellent manual dexterity to use hand tools and portable power equipment.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to work daily and weekend overtime as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Prior CIPP experience required; lateral lining experience is a plus.
• Experience reinstating laterals required.
• OSHA 10 certification minimum.
• NASSCO PACP certification required; company-paid training possible.
• Willing to travel for extended periods (one month or longer). Per diem provided for out-of-town jobs.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will operate CCTV inspection equipment and robotic cutters, assist with CIPP liner installation, and help keep crews moving safely and efficiently on active jobsites.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $33-$38/hour, depending on experience, along with the potential for company-paid PACP certification training.

Who This Role Is Designed For

This role is designed for a self-motivated, detail-oriented operator with hands‑on CCTV inspection experience who is comfortable working with technical equipment in the field. The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, a clean driving record, and is willing to travel to support projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform work on CCTV pipelines; inspections, rehabilitations and documentation of findings of sewer, storm and water lines.
• Operate IST robotic self‑propelled cutters or Schwalm self‑propelled cutters, along with related computer systems (company training provided).
• Assist teams by installing CIPP liners, reinstating laterals, post lateral inspections and equipment setup.
• Apply PACP certification knowledge to inspection work, with the potential for company‑paid PACP training.
• Operate a company vehicle when necessary.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot as required or directed.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, wear appropriate safety gear, and report hazards or concerns to supervisors.
