Job summary

Spiniello Companies seeks an experienced CCTV Operator for our field crews to inspect sewer and water lines, operate robotic cutters, and assist with CIPP liner installation. Qualifications

• Excellent manual dexterity for hand tools and portable power equipment.
• Willing to work daily and weekend overtime as needed.
• OSHA 10 certification, minimum.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Prior CIPP experience required; lateral lining is a plus.
• Willing to travel for extended periods.

Job description

The Opportunity

Spiniello is seeking an experienced CCTV Operator to join our specialty field crews performing critical sewer and water line inspection and pipeline rehabilitation work. In this role, you will operate CCTV inspection equipment and robotic cutters, assist with CIPP liner installation, and help keep crews moving safely and efficiently on active jobsites.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $33-$38/hour, depending on experience, along with the potential for company-paid PACP certification training.

Who This Role Is Designed For

This role is designed for a self-motivated, detail-oriented operator with hands-on CCTV inspection experience who is comfortable working with technical equipment in the field. The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, a clean driving record, and is willing to travel to support projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CCTV inspections of sewer and water lines and accurately document findings.
• Operate IST robotic self-propelled cutters or Schwalm self-propelled cutters, along with related computer systems (company training provided).
• Assist with installing CIPP liners and reinstating laterals.
• Operate a company vehicle when necessary and maintain equipment as required or directed.
• Apply PACP certification knowledge to inspection work, with the potential for company-paid PACP training.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, wear appropriate safety gear, and report hazards or concerns to supervisors.

• Excellent manual dexterity to use hand tools and portable power equipment.
• Must be willing to work daily and weekend overtime as needed or assigned.
• OSHA 10 certification, minimum.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record required.
• Prior CIPP experience required; lateral lining experience is a plus.
• Experience reinstating laterals required.
• NASSCO PACP certification required.
• Must be willing to travel for extended periods (one month or longer, if required).
• Self-motivated and dedicated, with the ability to work independently in the field.

Preferred

• CDL Class B or Class A with Tanker endorsement.
• Haz Mat endorsement.
• General safety training beyond OSHA 10 (on-site training opportunities available).
