Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a CCTV Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise video surveillance systems using Axis cameras and Genetec Security Center within a DoD environment. Qualifications

• NACI background eligibility required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's in Electronics/Electrical/IT or related field.
• 4+ years of enterprise CCTV and VMS experience.
• Hands-on with Genetec Security Center components.
• Hands-on with Axis IP cameras.
• Experience with Windows Server, storage, networks, and wiring diagrams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate Axis IP cameras with Genetec Security Center.
• Develop, test, and deploy standardized baselines for IMCOM facilities.
• Create installation packages and SOPs for field teams.
• Update video recording servers, workstations, and storage.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Apply knowledge of cabling, fiber, and power supplies to field designs.
• Document baselines, diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Provide tier-3 support and training to deployment teams.
