Superior Hydrovac is looking for a CCTV Operator to conduct CCTV video pipe inspections and related sewer line work. The role requires operating CCTV equipment, sealing units, and associated tools while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities include loading equipment, setting up sewer cleaning gear, following setup procedures from maps, and documenting defects. A valid driver’s license and a background check are required, with a pre-employment drug screen.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience or training.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.
• Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Mansioni

• Load and prepare equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Set up and operate sewer cleaning equipment, including lifting, carrying and pulling hoses, and minor maintenance.
• Set up and operate various handheld and hand-operated equipment including power tools, shovels, etc.
• Work primarily outdoors in all weather and terrain year-round.
• Operate CCTV, and chemical sealing units to inspect sewer lines and seal defects.
• Place traffic cones and other barricades at job sites; remove manhole covers and assess setup procedures.
• Locate line sections to be inspected using maps and determine setup procedures; install skid and cables; televise sewer lines.
• Operate and adjust camera controls to obtain clear images; describe defects and record pertinent data.
• Determine supplies for daily operation of TV truck and equipment; assist with mixing chemicals.
• Prepare packer, connect cables, and operate sealing unit to release sealing compound.
• Remove camera, hoses and packing after operations; clean and store equipment on the vehicle.
