Job summary

Superior Hydrovac seeks a CCTV Operator to perform CCTV video pipe inspections and support hydrovac services on-site in Charlotte, NC. The role involves loading and preparing equipment, operating CCTV cameras, and assisting with sewer line inspections and sealing operations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and pass background checks as part of pre-employment

Responsibilities

Load and prepare equipment for upcoming jobs.
Set up and operate sewer cleaning equipment with hoses, lifting, carrying, and bending for long periods.
Operate handheld and hand-operated tools including power tools and shovels.
Work outside in all weather conditions and terrain year-round.
Operate CCTV and sealing units to inspect and seal sewer lines and defects.
Place traffic cones and barricades; inspect manholes and determine setup procedures.
Locate line sections, set up winches, skid size, and install proper skid; thread cables and place camera for inspection.
Operate and adjust camera controls to obtain clear imagery and record data.
Determine supplies needed for daily TV truck operation and assist with chemical mixing.
