Qualifications

• 4-6 years in the security industry
• Experience with CCTV/video surveillance systems
• Ability to review construction drawings, specs, and bid documents
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project accounting software

Responsibilities

• Provide complete project engineering, select materials and define labor estimates.
• Attend site walks and pre-bid meetings; track site conditions for design of solutions.
• Liaise between sales, project management and operations after turnover for installation.
• Follow vendor guidelines to obtain best solution and lead times for materials.
• Provide floor plan takeoffs and project applications per company guidelines.
• Ensure engineering work meets customer and company quality and safety levels.
