Job summary

Pro-Vac is seeking a motivated CCTV Operator to join our team in Portland, OR. This role acts as a liaison between the Management Team and field personnel, supporting the CCTV Division with leadership, training, and project execution.

Reports to: Field Supervisor. The position emphasizes mentoring field staff, managing CCTV projects, and safeguarding data from the CCTV truck fleet in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience required.
• Must be proficient with computers and smartphones.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: foster a positive team environment and communicate needs to management.
• Project management: assist with planning, staffing, implementation, control, and evaluation of CCTV projects.
• Personnel management: mentor, train, and monitor field personnel with performance assessments.
• Data management: ensure identification, backup, and archiving of data collected by the CCTV truck fleet.
