Gard aWorld Federal Services LLC is seeking a CCTV/Control Room Operator to monitor CCTV and control room systems in a high-security immigration facility. Responsibilities include observing detainee and staff activity, reporting incidents, and supporting emergency responses.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating the facility’s closed‑circuit television (CCTV) systems and control room equipment within an immigration processing and custodial facility. You will ensure the safety, security, and orderly operation of the facility. You will observe detainee and staff activity, identify and report suspicious or prohibited behavior, and support emergency response efforts. This position is critical in maintaining situational awareness, documenting incidents, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The ideal candidate is highly observant, detail-oriented, and able to remain focused in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Employees may be required to remain in a stationary position, stand, push, pull, climb, kneel, crawl, balance, squat, bend, and reach. Employees may be also required to use gear to move items around, including, but not limited to, carts and dollies. Employees may also be occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 49 pounds.
