Job summary

Skyline Technology Solutions in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Level II Technician to install and maintain CCTV camera solutions, access control systems, and related cabling. You will assist lead technicians, work on-site, and ensure safety and quality during installations.

The role requires 2+ years in low voltage electronics, familiarity with Cat5e/6 cabling, and ability to lift 60+ pounds. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in low voltage electronics.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians on-site with installing and maintaining CCTV systems and access control.
• Install, terminate, and test Cat5e/6 cabling per Skyline standards and codes.
• Document client notes and track travel time and site activity.
• Support telecom closet buildouts and equipment racks.
• Travel safely to and from job sites for installations and service calls.
