Premier Ambulance in Los Angeles and Orange Counties is seeking experienced Critical Care Transport RNs to join our team. You will provide high-acuity care and advanced monitoring during interfacility and specialty transports, collaborating with EMTs, physicians, and hospital staff.

The role requires at least two years in a critical care setting within the past 24 months, BLS/ACLS, and an active RN license.

Formación

• Minimum of two years nursing experience in a critical care area within the previous 24 months.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in high-acuity environments.
• Experience with cardiac/respiratory monitoring and ventilators.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care during critical care transports.
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients with complex conditions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments within scope of practice.
• Manage and monitor life-support equipment and therapies.
• Document accurately and maintain transport records.
• Communicate effectively with sending/receiving facilities, patients, and families.
• Mentor EMTs and maintain readiness of transport unit and equipment.
