Job summary

Oregon Health Authority’s CCO Operations Director leads policy development for Medicaid, overseeing CCO contracts and four operational units. You will drive strategic planning, system alignment, and stakeholder engagement to shape the Oregon Health Plan for 1.4 million members.

You’ll collaborate with tribes, CCOs, providers, and state partners, guiding budget, performance improvement, and transformation efforts in a hybrid role based in Salem, Oregon.

Qualifications

• Five years of management experience; OR two years of management and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience developing policies and programs that advance health equity.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Oregon Administrative Rules, and related statutes.
• Ability to lead cross-agency collaboration and manage large teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and administration of CCO program policy.
• Oversee the CCO contract and ensure cohesive delivery of OHP benefits.
• Promote alignment across managed care and FFS delivery systems.
