Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. is seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT/CHT) for a full-time role in Winston-Salem, NC. You will work under RN supervision to operate dialysis equipment and care for multiple patients.

Qualified candidates must hold a CCHT or CHT certification, have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must have valid CCHT/CHT certification.
• Must have or obtain Basic Life Support certification (BLS).
• Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ishihara color-blindness test required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the hemodialysis machine.
• Greet patients and collect treatment details; report concerns to RN.
• Prepare patient vascular access for treatment.
• Initiate, monitor, and discontinue dialysis per policy and standards.
• Record vital signs and document fluid removal.
• Monitor dialysis machine for malfunctions and report issues.
