Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager specializing in CCH Tagetik to design, optimize, and maintain planning and reporting solutions across the organization. You will drive data governance, ETL workflows, and dashboards, supporting Finance and FP&A stakeholders while expanding the Health Data Platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial processes, reporting, and scalable solutions, leveraging Tagetik and Power BI expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CPM experience with Tagetik or similar CPM systems.
• CCH Tagetik expertise: configuring planning and reporting.
• Strong FP&A and financial reporting knowledge.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts and BI design.
• ETL/data integration experience with ERP systems.
• Experience building Power BI datasets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain CCH Tagetik planning and reporting.
• Configure data models, cubes, and dimensions for complex scenarios.
• Develop ETL processes and data integration workflows.
• Create Tagetik reports and dashboards for management and statutory reporting.
• Analyze data to support strategic decisions and governance.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Enhance system performance, automate workflows, and ensure data quality.
• Lead data governance, validation rules, and audit trails.
• Support system upgrades and health data platform expansion with Power BI.
• Provide training on Tagetik functionalities and best practices.
