Job summary

Mozaic is seeking a CCAT Site Supervisor for Day Hab/Day Services in Cayuga County (Auburn, NY). The role leads a team to provide person-centered services, guide program operations, and foster relationships with families and partners.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, with some flexibility. The position offers a salary of $45,000–$48,000 and benefits, supporting the mission of Mozaic in the community through inclusive services for people with intellectual and developmental

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Minimum two years supervisory or leadership experience.

Mozaic (A Chapter of Arc NY) is searching for a CCAT Site Supervisor for Day Hab/Day Services in Cayuga County to join our growing team of professionals. CCAT most commonly refers to the Center for Community, Arts, and Technology, a specialized day program and community resource that expands access to integrated, inclusive services for people with developmental disabilities and the greater community - all under one roof.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Salary Range: $45,000 - $48,000

Location: 180 North Street Auburn/8 Hulbert Street Auburn

Site Supervisor Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the arts, music, technology, and creative teaching skills
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Two years supervisory or leadership experience required.
