Job summary

Foundever is seeking a CCaaS PS Engineer to lead end-to-end solution implementations for our Digital Services team. You will architect, configure, and optimize CCaaS components, integrating CRM, WFM, and custom apps while delivering projects from scoping to production deployment.

You will work with cross-functional teams across the US and globally, applying your Genesys Cloud Architect expertise to design scalable omnichannel solutions and ensure client success on high-impact CX projects.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Genesys/CXone (Genesys Cloud preferred).
• Experience in designing and deploying omnichannel solutions (voice, chat, email, messaging).
• Strong API integration skills including REST/JSON and OAuth2.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for automation and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to capture business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable CCaaS solutions leveraging Architect/Visio, routing and digital channels.
• Configure CCaaS components such as routing, queues, skills and user profiles.
• Develop and deploy custom scripts, data actions as needed.
• Provide technical documentation, user guides and training as required.
• Stay current with CCaaS releases and optimize performance.
